Tuition fees

Course materials (but no books) are included in the fee. Books will be on sale during the programme at the StudyStore book store at the course venue.
Coffee/tea during the course breaks are included in the tuition fee. Meals are not included: the University restaurant, which is open from Monday to Friday and serves hot and cold meals.
If you successfully complete the Erasmus Winter Programme (unless you are a NIHES degree candidate) you will receive the official programme certificate by email.
Reductions
- If you are an employee of the Erasmus Medical Center you will receive a 50% reduction on the tuition fee.
- If you are an employee of one of the participating institutes in the Netherlands Institute for Health Sciences you will receive a 50% reduction on the tuition fee.
Important: On the application form, please state the name and email address of your institute and the full name of the department. - A 50% reduction will also be granted to NIHES research partners. Important: On the application form, please state the name of your project and project coordinator.
- PhD students receive a 50% reduction on the tuition fee. Important: On the application form, please state the name and email address of your promoter.

Two weeks before the start of the course.
Application conditions
Before submitting the online application form, please read the cancellation conditions. By submitting the online application form you confirm that you accept the terms of cancellation. You will receive a letter of confirmation and an invoice by email.
Cancellation conditions
- Cancellations must be sent in writing to the Erasmus Winter Programme organization.
- For cancellations received by 3 January 2012, a service charge of € 75 will be billed.
- For cancellations received after 3 January 2012, no refund will be possible and the full amount will be payable.
- If you have registered but are unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge. Please make sure that he or she can provide personal identification

- If you are a participant in one of the NIHES degree programmes, please apply via the NIHES Administration.
- Erasmus MC PhD candidates and ‘Keuzevak’ students should apply via www.NIHES.nl.
- All applicants who do not fall into either of the categories mentioned above:
